Directed the self-supporting (for-profit) unit of the university that oversees Online Programs, Scholarly Technology and Resources (training unit), Off-Campus Programs, Certificate Programs, Weekend College, Winter & Spring Interim Terms, Professional Development and Non-Credit Programs, High School Concurrent Enrollment Initiative, Benton Center Branch Campus, Learning Management Platforms, and Student Help Desk. Accomplishments include: - Established a state-of-the-art Learning Management Platform for the university that is available to face-to-face, online, and hybrid programs. - Increased online student credit hour production 19% and tuition revenue 26% from 2005 to 2006. - Increased Extended Programs revenue $3 million in one year. - Introduced a new high school concurrent enrollment model that resulted in an increase in enrollment from 40 to over 640 students in one year. - Established and hosted the Blackboard Users Conference for the state of Arkansas. - As the university’s entrepreneurial unit, provided funding and development resources for new cutting-edge online degree and certificate programs, such as the B.S. in Interpreting, M.S. in Information Quality, B.S. in Nursing, and Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling.
