Daily Duties at Northland Pioneer College:

Responsible for budget administration, planning, curriculum development, program development, course scheduling, faculty and staff evaluations, recruiting, and professional development for the district. The college district encompasses 21,158 square miles and is comprised of four main campuses, six centers, audio classrooms, video classrooms, and a number of other off-campus sites. Included in the district are the Apache, Hopi, and Navajo reservations. Noted accomplishments include: - Established the first distance learning computer science courses at the institution. - Developed nationally recognized and accredited programs in construction technologies and welding. - Co-founded the NPC Show Band to use as a recruitment tool for the college. - Established partnerships with the Northern Arizona Vocational Institute of Technology and administered the WIA program with the White Mountain Apache Tribal Council.
