Developed, coordinated, and implemented Consortium projects, such as professional development, grant acquisition, program articulation, and publicity. - Founded the Panhandle Information Network through a multi-million dollar grant from the Texas Infrastructure Fund. - Established annual Professional Development Conferences for the Consortium.
