Daily Duties at Accesstechnology:
Management Responsibilities: Provided guidance and management to coworkers (primarily associates and consultants as direct reports, team size up to 5) including assistance and support for ongoing recruitment processes. In addition, served as an informal mentor to new hires for a 3 to 6 month period after assisting in development and then subsequent administration of a training program for such. Managed personnel reviews of new employees post-hire, as well as taking part in initial interview processes for internal employees. Consultant Responsibilities: Managed entirety of the recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing/identification and/or securing of job order through to placement as well as post-placement follow up. For an individual candidate, this could range from an initial assessment meeting to regular reviews to final consultations on offer and employment conditions, counter-training, and post-placement discussions. For a client company, activities included (but not limited to) initial client development (including negotiation of terms of business), KSA/PQE assessment, coordination of process, and negotiation of salary and other conditions of employment.
