Daily Duties at Legal Futures:

Conducted training sessions with all new hires, including and up to participation in new consultant’s process management (primarily close sessions, initial meetings, and individual follow ups). In addition, served as an on-call resource for existing consultants, including meeting participation or management. As well, coordinated materials, logistics and scheduling of company’s participation in career fairs and ensured compliance with national laws concerning protection and confidentiality of personal information, both client and candidate. From 4/07, assumed responsibility for HR activities for all three company locations (Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore) outside of financial matters (primarily payroll and administrative invoicing), either directly or for visa administration, in conjunction with 3rd-party vendor. Continued administration of training sessions as required in addition to shorter workshop training on subjects such as time management.
