Daily Duties at Multi Imager Service:

Supervised new quality assurance technicians. While training these technicians I demonstrated how the quality assurance procedures ensure accurate testing of the units. / Scheduled field service technicians for installation of new equipment and service on equipment at the customer site. / Customer had a problem with unit loosing its memory. While the customer was on phone, I determined source of problem was a bad memory chip. With this information the customer ordered a new memory chip for the unit. / When a repair unit arrived in for evaluation, determined area of malfunction. Took the schematics for this unit and troubleshot it down to a bad photodiode.
