Daily Duties at Tickets.Com:
Installed and repaired various types of equipment involved in printing our tickets for varous entertainment venues. Equipment and tasks included imaging and configuring PC's, installing and or repairing ticketing printers, installing multiplexers and dumb terminers at box offices, and providing support for kiosks and handheld scanners at Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox.
