Daily Duties at Raytheon:
As Deputy Manager I was responsible for 70 employees, all payrolls, work plans, and all Safety requirements. Accountability of over $50 million worth of government equipment. Six Sigma Specialist. Plan and Execute all temporary duty training conducted in support of our customer (U.S. Military) throughout the United States. Responsible for the Installation and Deinstallation of all Miles used by the military at the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, CA. Support all unit requirements during rotational phase concerning the Miles system in order for units to conduct realistic training before deploying to combat. Responsible for OSHA safety requirements were met and training conducted. Responsible for maintaining all employee personnel records, Training Records, and OSHA and California OSHA records. Responsible for the security of 7 Raytheon buildings throughout Fort Irwin to include the Star Wars building.
