Daily Duties at Arcelor Mittal:
Daily cash management including receipts, bank balances and cash transfers. A/R-sales invoices and collections. Monthly reports-cash flow, A/R and A/P inter-company accounts reconciliations. Use tax and JEs. Trained new A/P associates and performed all A/P functions including invoice entry, manual and electronic payments in domestic and foreign currency. Assisted vendors. Y/E 1099s and audit schedules.
