Senior Executive Recruiter /Client Relationship Manager (1998-2000) Senior Recruiter/Account Executive (1996-1998) Junior Recruiter (1995-1996) *Provided full life cycle recruiting for all levels of contract and permanent positions across multiple industries *Sourced & maintained a pipeline of candidates using traditional & non-traditional sourcing techniques, methods & tools *Developed, implemented & managed innovative sourcing solutions & strategies for all levels of positions, from Executive Level down through Management level and Team Leaders to Individual Contributors *Provided creative, cost effective recruitment solutions to federal/government agencies/contractors, Internet/e-commerce, Banking/Financial, Environmental Services, Insurance, IT & telecomm clients *Provided vendor management to multiple hiring managers within client companies, responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment & hiring process, creating & implementing staffing plans & strategies, identifying & implementing hiring objectives & handling all employee relations *Managed the customer & vendor relationship by consulting with clients on organizational structure & positioning, building rapport, consistently following up & maintaining ongoing communication which resulted in meeting & exceeding client’s expectations, reduced time-to-fill, expedited hiring process & increased sales/revenue on all my accounts *Scheduled in-person weekly status update and resource planning meetings with clients to discuss job order and candidate status/activity as well as future staffing needs and strategies *Key contributor to several successful client proposals and presentations *Highly skilled at closing candidates, which resulted in 98% acceptance rate *Placed initial candidate one week after starting with the company with no prior recruiting experience *Received top revenue producer award and highest bonuses for four consecutive years for the most placements, highest retention of candidates, most positive client surveys of satisfaction and new business development
