Daily Duties at Articulent:
(Company bought out, laid off in 3rd round) *I was hired to staff this start-up computer services and consulting company, responsible for successfully growing the company from 70 employees to 250 in 7 locations nationally and 2 internationally in a one-year time frame *Responsible for providing enterprise-wide full life cycle recruiting for all levels of positions from senior-level executives down through middle managers to individual contributors *Performed comprehensive and proactive sourcing and research for current and future job requisitions while attracting both passive and active job seekers and ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates *Developed creative & innovative sourcing strategies, solutions & campaigns that create competitive advantage *Responsible for staffing new Data Center with 25 direct FTE, while meeting time-to-fill and cost restraints *Utilized best practices recruiting & sourcing methods while working within a limited budget *Worked closely with 35+ managers, directors and VPs in establishing job specifications, recruiting priorities and strategies *Responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, maintaining headcount numbers to budget, maintaining and refining hiring metrics and generating weekly status reports *Responsible for researching and reporting benchmarking and competitive intelligence recruiting data to management *Collaboratively consulted with senior-management involving employee relations, recruitment planning and strategies, employment policy clarification, and employee development issues
