Daily Duties at Aetna:

(Contract position- renewed 7 times) *Provided full life cycle recruiting for all levels of positions across the organization for all Aetna locations *Responsible for identifying passive and active talent and developing rich relationships with key individuals through sourcing strategies, solutions and campaigns that meet short and long term business needs for Aetna *Successfully partnered with 40+ Managers, Directors and VPs to identify and define staffing needs & job specifications, develop & implement sourcing plans and strategies & establish and define sourcing priorities *Developed and implemented an effective, wide array of creative, proactive & leading edge sourcing methods & techniques to identify, network and source all levels of professionals *Developed, implemented and managed strategic recruiting programs & initiatives for the market *Developed, implemented & managed innovative sourcing strategies & campaigns for all levels of positions & proactively identified, researched & tracked those sources for best talent while building a diverse pipeline of candidates *Ability to design, develop & implement successful sourcing/recruiting techniques & strategies in a highly competitive market *Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop a workforce needs assessment of future talent pipelines based on competencies aligned with business-specific strategies *Responsible for leading weekly resource meetings with managers to discuss present & future staffing needs as well as sourcing strategies & solutions to fill those needs *Developed custom research lists, target lists, sourcing strategies & campaigns for candidate & relationship development *Created an extensive selection process integrating technical/cognitive & soft skills, company values, with behavioral interviews, resulting in a solid end-to-end process, yielding 90+% successful hire rate *Successfully created, implemented, refined & incorporated many efficient & effective solutions & strategies to various areas in recruiting including data management, processes & procedures all which led to increase in productivity & morale, increase in management satisfaction & reduced time to fill
