Daily Duties at Workscape:
Senior Corporate Recruiter & Strategic Sourcing Lead- (12/06-4/07) Senior Sourcing Consultant & Internet Researcher- (7/06- 12/06) (Contract position- renewed 4 times) *Provided full life cycle recruiting for all levels of positions across the organization from senior-level executives down through middle managers to individual contributors *Responsible for developing and implementing proactive & creative sourcing solutions for all positions throughout the organization while utilizing best in class practices, tools and strategies to identify & build high caliber talent pipelines *Developed, implemented & managed a high-volume, active recruiting model that includes infrastructure, definition of roles, processes, metrics, training & implementation of advanced recruiting/sourcing techniques and methodology *Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, tools & technologies, employment branding & recruitment technologies *Created & executed multiple candidate sourcing & recruiting strategies & campaigns to identify & manage a strong talent pool *Proactively partnered with hiring managers on workforce planning projects & major talent initiatives to develop & recalibrate sourcing strategies & define position specifications to build a qualified pipeline of talent efficiently & effectively *Identify & implement new sourcing channels, advanced recruiting techniques, technologies & methodologies *Defined market attributes to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies for long term and sustained growth *Recommend, cross reference & oversee recruitment & sourcing technologies; i.e. applications, tools & resume resources *Developed research and social networking strategies & campaigns for candidate & relationship development *Implemented & utilized a wide range of resources, software, tools & innovative strategies to source candidates *Responsible for tracking and measuring staffing success via cost of hire, turnover analysis, cycle time and other metrics
