(Contract position- renewed 8 times) *Full life cycle recruiting for all levels of experienced hire positions throughout the United States, India & China *Responsible for developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies, solutions & campaigns aimed at generating candidate flow that meet diversity, gender, alumni, and overall recruiting goals *Developed custom research & target competitor lists that create competitive advantage and build candidate pipelines for current & future staffing needs *Developed and implemented strategic business line specific recruiting programs & initiatives to the market *Analyzed sourcing & recruiting data & results, compared to strategy and targets, communicated results to Partners & Managers and developed, implemented & monitored resulting action plan *Responsible for establishing comprehensive sourcing capabilities, implemented 12 steps of Sourcing Metrics to track sourcing progress & to ensure effective utilization of sourcing resources *Responsible for the creation of leading edge sourcing and talent acquisition strategies, programs and candidate development initiatives to attract and build personalized relationships with talent ahead of demand *Provided competitive intelligence research, talent market mapping & tracking in Name Generation Analysis *Responsible for creating search plans, job profiles and sourcing channel strategies for each of the service lines while ensuring ultimate execution & comprehensive coverage of those sourcing channels, strategies and plans *Partnered with Business Leaders to define job requirements, develop & implement recruiting strategies, plans & priorities, executable sourcing strategies & initiatives while ensuring execution of company processes & procedures *Expertise in Talent Based Social Networking targeting key competitors by niche industries
