Daily Duties at Rgii Technologies :
Recruit and staff candidates for short and long term consulting engagements; specifically IT and Information Assurance professionals within the Public Sector (federal, state, and local government agencies only). This includes reviewing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for both IT and Information Assurance positions, while establishing and maintaining relations with both managers and candidates to fill open positions. Also attend job fairs, seminars, and use any other available resources to supplement the recruitment process. Also develop and maintain corporate HR initiatives related to recruitment and compensation, which includes development and maintenance of a web-based applicant database, creation of a proprietary applicant tracking system, calculating staffing metrics, administering compensation surveys and various other HR generalist duties and/or projects as assigned.
