Daily Duties at Old Mutual Financial Network:
Manage all aspects of staffing for OMFN’s US Life Insurance and Annuities operations, acting as a business partner to all levels of line and executive management with staffing and hiring decisions. Oversee, supervise, and make strategic decisions for the recruiting function for Old Mutual Financial Network which includes the full recruitment life cycle; initiating, developing, and enhancing the processes and strategic vision for the staffing function as a functional leader. Provide consultation to subsidiaries, applicants, managers and executives about HR-related issues as they relate to compensation, benefits, employee relations and etc. Develop and maintain corporate HR initiatives related to recruitment, which include employee referral programs, international mobility, headcount analysis, and relocation administration. Actively involved in organizational development projects and other HR projects as assigned; providing a high level of support as an additional resource for HR initiatives. As an HR Generalist, I support key and highly visible functional operations; Investments, Corporate Actuarial, Internal Audit, and etc. My duties include full human resources support i.e. employee relations, organizational development, training and any HR initiatives related to the business.
