Daily Duties at Wilson Learning Corporation:
Assumed responsibility for managing the development of program creation/revision for an international HR development company with over $40M in annual sales, including the modification of all major revenue-producing products in the areas of sales, leadership, negotiation, and personal effectiveness. - Each program represented $1M in sales annually with a 25-40% average increase in sales. after revisions - Supervised global project/input teams, managed customization projects, and directed the research phase for program revisions including competitive information, literature review, and data collection. - Managed customization projects for customers in high tech, pharmaceutical and telecommunications as well as other industries. - Developed training and marketing materials for all programs, including all participant and leader materials plus the design of electronic support tools. - Trained sales people and facilitators globally on company offerings, and collaborated with team members to create a coaching service to sell to clients. - Project managed the design for 2 annual company meetings attended by hundreds of associates globally. - Recognized as an “Outstanding Contributor” in 2006.
