Daily Duties at Welsh Companies Fl. Inc.:
Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivables and payables such as recording transactions, posting debits and credits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Accountable for coding invoices, posting all journal entries, preparing bank deposits, and processing security deposits. Developed and delivered monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management within tight deadlines. Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, generating invoices and monthly statements for clients. Responsible for maintaining, collecting and organizing all certificates of insurance for all tentants. Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks and able to learn proprietary systems/applications quickly and efficiently.
