Daily Duties at Republic National Distributing Co.:
Responsible for attaining and exceeding goals for wine and spirits sales in designated territory. Develop, sustain and expand market share by providing extensive customer service, including making sales presentations, coordinating promotions, seminars and conducting product tastings and staff trainings. Manage territory sales activities to achieve company sales and profit objectives. Direct 14 key accounts to accumulate $1.4 million in sales for 2008. Partner with account General Managers to sustain inventory levels while increasing sales and revenues. Responsible for establishing, fulfilling, and maintaining inventory levels at newly acquired primary accounts. Develop and maintain customer relationships within the marketplace and territory as well as sustaining supplier and key account relations. Manage product relocation, store resets, account inventories, and building displays. Identify, resolve and develop alternative solutions to problems in a timely manner. Transmit account orders and work closely with customer service to ensure accuracy and timeliness of product receipt. Familiarize established accounts with new products and developments. Monitor information on competitive products, promotional matters, pricing and marketing policies.. Prepare price quotations, supply delivery dates and service obligations to key account managers and customers. Prints Spirits/Wine list, table-tents and other lists as needed through print-tech support
