Daily Duties at Art Direction, Inc.:

Created and managed internal and external advertising campaigns for large corporations in following fields: financial, healthcare, education, industrial products, non-profit, religious-denominational. Acted as account executive and creative director, hiring designers, writers, television producers, media buyers, printers and fulfillment companies to complete the communication / advertising projects. Typically I meet with management to discuss the marketing problems, budget range and deadline and I supply the creative concepts for approval and then produce the project. Sometimes I am a part of the initial team that assesses the organization's marketing needs and supply a marketing/communication plan.

What they like about Art Direction, Inc.:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
