•Liaison between marketing, sales and other departments •Interfaced with graphics, advertising, and tradeshow vendors •Kept detailed accounts of collateral and promotional item inventory, requests and costs •Assisted with writing press releases and direct mail campaigns, as well as proofreading and distributing •Produced weekly Web-based company newsletter, using competitive analysis and industry news •Monitored directory and search engine listings, and Web traffic •Placed media buys, tracked ad plans, and expenses against plans •Sales lead tracking and analysis for marketing programs •Event management including tradeshow coordination, conference speaking engagements, and on-site support
