• Develop global sourcing strategy for Resin from the middle east to Far East and Latin America • Research the global suppliers of resin and identify new sources for global operations • Manage master batch global spend approximating USD 15 million per annum • Introduce PCR to Clorox Bleach bottles with potential savings of USD 1.4 million • Develop sourcing strategy for Clorox Latin America (7 markets) and propose new suppliers with identified USD 1.3 millions of savings • Identified USD2.9 million of savings in Glad business unit from resin sourcing • Developed excellent knowledge of resin sourcing and global supply base.
