Duties included supervisory role of 10 employees, special projects for production efficiencies, scrap and rework process enhancements, warehouse inventory procedures, physical inventory observations, cycle counting; and MRP system enhancements • Led supply chain project for Cingular Wireless and developed an inventory in-transit system which handled over $70M per month of retail phones and accessories • Led supply chain, inventory control initiatives and system selection project for the “Sweet Shop” (DFW handmade Chocolate Manufacturer) • Project manager for $90M Corporate campus built for Sterling Commerce Software • Project manager for various domestic and international sales offices including lease negotiations, construction bidding and facility management • Supervised 3 employees who processed lease renewals, construction invoices and developed project budgets
