Managed key projects and develop new products for the correction of un-balance in the turbocharger market. Managed sales of over $10 million, adding $1.8 million in margin. Delivered projects on time and under budget. Balance customer needs with corp. objectives. Planned, scheduled, tracked timing changes and costs. Managed programs for AAM (American Axle), Delphi, TMP (Toledo Machining Plant), Honeywell, BWA (BorgWarner) and Holset Corporation. Most projects were over 3mil. each.
