Daily Duties at The Seville Group:
• A/E support unit for Central Design Management, Supervisor of Bid and Award Dept. within group. • Managed and developed procedures for the Bid and Award Dept. Preparing document for public bid and award of contracts, prepared all documentation prior to going out for public bid. This group is on the modernization side of LAUSD. • Estimating for modernization projects within the Central Design Management Group, these are projects that required complete redesign, pricing proposals and unit pricing to verify costs, worked closely with the Design Team and Senior Project Managers
