Daily Duties at Sage Software:
• Managed the development of integration products designed to incorporate accounting software (MAS 90/200) with CRM applications (SalesLogix and ACT!). • Launched the industry’s first sales order processing application for handheld PDA devices. • Increased product revenue 25% in a declining market through various marketing promotions, pricing changes and product enhancements. • Developed market requirements document (MRD) defining future product direction and enhancements. • Interfaced with engineering and development to develop new features increasing product marketability. • Performed product demonstrations at various tradeshows to educate partners and customers about product benefits. • Produced external marketing literature demonstrating product features. Marketing literature includes white papers, product spec sheets, demonstration scripts and competitive research.
