Daily Duties at Aeg:

• Project is a 54 story building, project consisting of JW Marriott Hotel 21 Floors, Ritz Carlton Hotel 5 Floors, 224 Unit Condominiums 28 Floors and 3 floors of underground parking. Adjoining the main structure is a 5 story Conference Center, also a 14 screen Regal Cinema (4 story). Project Budget is 700 million, represents 2 major General Contractors and 100 plus subcontractors, average daily crews on 2 shifts approximately 800 plus personnel on site daily. • Developed Master Project Schedule using P5 & P6 Primavera software, Master schedule consist of eight thousand plus activities. This is the Hotel structure only. Budgeted at 575 million, prepared monthly schedule updates on all three project schedules. • Developed Master Schedules for the Conference Center and the Regal Cinema Complex, Budgeted at 125 Million • Developed Cost control system using Primavera Expedition. Worked daily with project administrator on all cost control and daily reporting systems. • Reviewed all Proposed Change Orders and backup materials, prepared detail estimates for project using RS Means software. I have processed 100 million in proposed change orders through September 2009 for final project review and approvals. • Developed FF&E (Fixtures, Furniture & equipment) schedule with Project Executive and setup interior coordination of trades. • Served as Owners Representative at Change Order review meetings. Chaired and directed structural steel weekly status review meeting as O.A.R. • Reported directly to the Vice President of Construction, reviewed and prepared reports as requested.
