Daily Duties at Silver Com Inc:
Responsible for traveling to customers facilities for the installation, testing, commissioning, data-fill, and maintenance of wireless communications equipment. Duties include optimizing, drive testing, making and implementing database recommendations. Interfacing with the customer and all vendors. Testing T1’s, DS3’s microwave and power. Installation of power plants, Battery plants, UPS systems, Nortel and Lucent analog and CDMA cell sites. Installation testing and commissioning of Nortel switching equipment i.e. but not limited to SPME’s , DTC’s , SBS’s, ICP’s , MCAM’s, MCTM’s and various other switching peripheral equipment. Over the years I have personally installed thousands of cell sites and switch equipment. Work closely with all customer vendors, transport engineers, and Operations centers while insuring 100% customer satisfaction. I am self motivated, goal oriented and very detailed.
