Daily Duties at Maxicare Health Plans:
Provided leadership for the organizational budget and strategic planning process to support operations for a $750 million dollar managed health care organization providing plan benefits to Southern Californians and ten other states throughout the U.S. Reported to Vice President of Administrative Services. • Planned and directed the collection of strategic planning and budget data from 15 staff model facilities and 10 IPAs (Revenues: $750 million). • Designed and implemented interactive budgeting program used in 10 States. • Analyzed and interpreted statistical health trend data for Senior Management using data from Federal, State, and local sources. • Supervised staff of eight Analysts and an Executive Assistant
