Daily Duties at Sonix Healthcare Solutions:

I was part of a team of two that successfully rebranded a $75 million billing and revenue cycle management organization, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. I served as the client interface between existing clients and the firm in the creation and transmission of announcements, product launches and other informational or executive-level messages. I also worked with senior leadership to craft the written story that expressed Firm mission and vision and then wrote that story in an audience-specific voice. Deliverables of this process included marketing collateral, website content, sales material, and more, which the marketing team then leveraged to grow awareness, build loyalty and create resonance with consumers. While in this role, I worked with senior leaders to create a new engagement protocol. This protocol was used to rationalize and standardize new sales to streamline discovery, information gathering and engagement implementation for our key product line, SonixARC.
