 Prepare and review tax returns and planning and projections for partnerships, individuals, trusts, non profit entities and corporations from start up to companies with $100 million in sales in manufacturing, distributing, real estate and service industries  Manage jobs, professionally and administratively, by identifying client specific issues, delegating work to staff and adhering to budgeted hours for four accounting/tax principals  Provide value –add assistance and discussions to help with growth of privately help companies  Prepare and review compiled and reviewed GAAP, income tax and cash basis financial statements with and without required note disclosures  Research federal, state and local tax issues to maximize client opportunities and growth  Achieve high productivity by balancing a heavy workload, multiple responsibilities and an ability to work well with others  Bring in new business and establish relationships by hosting and attending networking events  Participate in firm management meetings to develop more efficient operating processes  Present current tax developments to networking groups and annual firm updates on Ultratax
