2007 - 2008 Repossession Inventory Coordinator: Responsible for ensuring repossessed vehicles were assigned to an auction to be picked up from the repossessing agents lot. Responsible for ensuring repossessed vehicles had repossession titles where applicable per state law, and the titles were delivered to the selling auctions on time. Also responsible for ensuring all the necessary steps were taken to prepare the vehicles for sale so the vehicles could fetch the highest price. Once the vehicles were sold, I was responsible for ensuring the auction transmitted the sale proceeds via wire transfer to the finance company in a timely manner and if not, determine the reason why and take the necessary steps needed to ensure receipt of the sale proceeds. Also responsible for ensuring all vehicles held by the auction were sold and if not, determine why and take the necessary steps to ensure vehicles were sold. In this position I monitored an inventory of over 800 vehicles on a weekly basis. 2004 - 2007 Repossession Remarketer: Responsible for placing an account in the repossession status once a vehicle has been repossessed, and sending a letter to the customer explaining the options available to him/her, post repossession. Once the vehicle was sold, I was responsible for verifying sale proceeds had been applied accurately and to the correct accounts, charged off the account balance and sent a letter to the customer explaining the deficiency balance where applicable. 2003 - 2008 ISO Assessor: Responsible for auditing department employees and departmental procedures throughout the organization on a quarterly basis, to ensure procedures fell within the Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines set forth by the organization. Reviewed procedures of the department scheduled to be audited prior to the department assessment, and created a checklist to follow during the assessment. Assessed employees within the department to ensure work was being processed according to the procedures established for that particular department. Created a report of my results which was presented to a management committee of the ISO process, and through this process I identified six procedures that required process improvement or a corrective action request because the procedure was not being followed at all. 2002 - 2004 Lease Maturity Advisor: Monitored lease accounts and advised lease customers of their options upon maturity of their lease. Acted as the liaison between the automobile dealer, the customer, and Chrysler Financial Services. In this position I was also a primary contact person for the automobile dealers to contact Chrysler Financial via the Dealer Hotline, with issues pertaining to retail and lease contracts, dealer reserve statements, customer service issues, etc.
