Provide phone support to brokerage clients and Financial Advisors in an inbound call center environment. Provide exceptional customer service through phone communication to inbound callers, written correspondence, and account processing. This includes receiving and resolving a variety of customer requests and inquiries. Handle moderate to complex internal and external customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, live chat, and/or written correspondence. Serve as liaison between clients and management, support groups and the business unit. Use industry knowledge, software programs, tools, and computer systems to resolve and track customer issues.
