Daily Duties at Westchester Medical Center:
For CT, Prepare room for patient exam. Give patients oral contrast if needed. explain exam instruction and have pt undress into gown if needed. position patient and give breathing instructions. Using low-radiation techniques (MA, KV and time) to image scans as per Radiologist protocol. Reconstruct data to 2D or 3D format if needed. Set up power injector and program volume and flow rate for exam. Give post exam instructions. Put images on film. Set up room for next patient
