Branch Manager for national home care provider, responsible for budgetary planning (1 million), staffing, advertising, and marketing. Responsible for the financial performance of the branch, operating within the approved budget, meeting or exceeding established outcomes and company’s targeted operating income. Consistently delivered excellent customer service to wealthy private pay clientele. Responsible for ensuring branch is in compliance with state and federal regulatory policies processes, for HR compliance, effective recruiting, and hiring, supervising and evaluating staff.
