Daily Duties at Medical Staffing Network:
Road Warrior covering TX, NM, CO, WY, NE, OH, IN, OK, ID, Quality Improvement Manager. Regional QI Manager, Denver and Colorado Springs Branch Manager, QI Manager Payroll Audits, to QI Manager. Performed quality review of processes, analyzed administrative needs and facilitated improvement methodologies to support compliance with federal/state/local/JCAHO and company standards. Responded to negative trends in performance metrics (operational measures, financial goals, field audit results, etc.) and assisted location managers in the development of action plans to resolve local issues. Proactively identified issues impacting staffing results, recruitment and/or office operations and reported up-line to operations management and/or clinical operations, as indicated. I collaborated with operations management to assist in meeting their business and compliance objectives and supporting/maximizing current business activities, future growth and provision to quality. Consulted with regional/corporate staff, operational delivery/business contacts and/or clinical contacts to identify solutions to location/area/region issues. I provided education/training on company policy, with staffing software programs, administrative process and procedures to operations management, and office associates. Provided expertise/consultation in answering questions from administrative and field associates regarding policy/regulation/procedures/documentation/processes. Assisted associates in identification and utilization of appropriate resources to meet established performance standards.
