Daily Duties at Ifs:

Accountable for project programming, preconstruction, conceptual design, construction documents, contractor and vendor bidding and contract buyout negotiation, permitting, construction to closeout for offices, data centers, clean rooms and other Internet client’s tenant improvements • Directed general contractors, design-build electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm, and HVAC subcontractors; audio visual, signage, furniture and relocation vendors to complete each project from $18,000 to $5 million
