Senior Solutions Resolver for Dell Computers for 21 months. I resolved customer issues escalated to executive level. Previously provided tier 3 support for MSN customers, and worked on Research team solving difficult technical problems for Microsoft, also provided customer technical support for Sony computers and Motorola phones.
