Daily Duties at American Express:

Software developer for the FLOS (Front Line Operations Support) team at American Express, which monitors the many systems that manage Prepaid Plastic, such as Gift Cards. The software I worked on keeps track of all calls, problems and resolutions, and displays statistical information for management, on the web and a local Real Time monitoring system. In order to do this, we used SQL (stored procedures, data management, table design), VB.Net, C#.net, ASP.Net 3.5, AJAX, Java Script, Windows/Web services, CSS, good Application design, MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, MS IIS. Our team collaborated, ,negotiated and compromised effectively to produce stable software that met the requirements of management. I have demonstrated the ability to be detail oriented, identify problems and recommend solutions.
