Plan,coordinate and conduct client training and biannual conferences. Serve as an internal and external liaison for quality and process improvement while establishing best practices internally and with clients. On site client visits to improve communication, performance and implementation of new programs. Evaluate client perspective tools to assist in meeting client needs. Increase client awareness of products through training and education. Establish value proposition to integrate with client Marketing Strategy by assessing competition and engaging clients with mission, vision and services available.
