Original responsibility for business development only, but eventually grew to include all non-editorial day-to-day operations. Managed team of 3 business development and marketing managers. Promoted to VP in May 2001. • Grew site page views from 5 million to over 100 million monthly, while expanding business model beyond banner ads to include: sponsorships, brand & content licensing and e-commerce revenue streams. Result was a 500% increase in revenues.
