Daily Duties at National Center For State Courts:

Worked in management/court administration positions for over five years. Responsible for completing research and , development work analyzing problems,conducting interviews and gathering data, designing solutions, assisting in the testing, and implementation of the solutions. The major ares of analysis were management, operations and organizational structure. I also worked in court administration for the following Courts: Santa Clara County Municipal Court;The United States Court of Appeals and The Los Angeles Municipal Courts; I also worked for Pasadena Municipal Court. All of this experience was related to my MPA from USC. This professional experience began on 12/1979 until 2/89 when I had a baby.
