Daily Duties at Cumberland Farms, Inc:
prepare preliminart site layout for properties submitted by company site selectors. Prepare zoning review and analysis and permitting feasibility study.Establish and monitor project team to include architects, engineers attorneys, vendors and contractors. Review and approve all civil and architectural plans for accuracy and completeness. Schedule and attend pre-filing meetings as needed or required by local boards and commissions. Coordinate any abutter/competitor issues and monitor resolution. Represent company projects before local, state and federal boards and commissions as required for permitting. Remain primary project contact throught construction.
