Daily Duties at Industrial Tower & Wireless:

locate available land for development as a cell tower location. Prepare due diligence report, zoning analysis and market evaluation. Negotiate sale or lease contract wiht property owner. Oversee preparation of all necessary engineering and plan preparation to assure projects are in complaince with all local, state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Represent company at all municipal meetings and hearings required for permitting and during construction. Provide status reports and perform site inspections as needed throughout project and update all senior management in written and verbal format as needed or requested. Maintain project files and records using a variety of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Handle all correspondence and requests for information from internal departments, clients, vendors and the general public
