Daily Duties at At&T:

Maintained full accountability for managing and allocating the $1 billion Information Technology departmental budget. Led cross-functional teams and met with project staff regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. Performed detailed market research and competitor analyses in order to stay abreast of current products, prices and offerings. Analyzed the business unit’s activities and trends and compared analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presented findings and works to other personnel to identify and implement strategies to address tactical and strategic goals. Authored detailed budget breakdowns and allocations, including vendor lists, resource allocation, workflow planning, and project functions.
