Daily Duties at At&T:

Applied strong research and analytical skills to understand project concept, objectives and approach and take assigned project from original concept through final implementation. Created and maintained project schedules by developing targeted plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, and establishing deadlines. Cost-effectively spearheaded all aspects of day-to-day $300 million budget forecasting and allocation for a major outsourced Software Development vendor. Actively liaised between team members, support staff, and vendors to review project goals and progress, and integrated implementation of Information Technology (IT) products into the VS IT system. Stayed abreast of project statuses by monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. Consulted with staff to determine business, functional, and technical requirements for specified applications. Strategically coordinated the development of all approved versions of business and functional specifications for specified applications.
