Daily Duties at Kaydon Corporation:

 Responsible for administering the plant Quality Assurance Program on the plant floor level  Prepare for and conducted Government and Customer Source inspections per the drawing & contract requirements.  Monitored and charted required dBA sound vibration analysis on medical scanner products.  Implemented a new gage program for better gage & calibration tracking.  Performed Print Reviews on all New Drawings including the gage requirements.  Prepared for all First Articles with the customer including the making all the inspection documentation for each process.  Performed Six Sigma activities required by General Electric medical using statistical software called Minitab. Control Charts, SPC, Process Capability
