Daily Duties at Trizetto Inc.:
100% quality check of new and deafault group installation,minimize customer service problem,answer inbound and outbound calls. Data entry enter new member imformation into facets database and make adjustment to accounts,add primary care physician as needed. Mail out bills and invoice for payment,post premium payment to database. Working with the team to coordinate job functions. Assist the collection dept with recover letters and update notes on delinquent accounts. Assist claims dept with correcting process codes and member information.Mail out membership card to new and old members.
