Managed a 24-member team consisting of permanent and contract staff that performed fraud investigations and forensic underwriting on non-performing commercial and residential mortgage loans serviced by Litton Loan Servicing (subsidiary of C-BASS) and/or held in C-BASS Portfolio. Working manager who performed in-depth forensic loan examinations inclusive of mortgage fraud investigations and performed all claim rebuttals.
