Daily Duties at Chevron Corporation:
·Assisted in overall planning and processing of projects (bowser fabrication & design, procurement & fabrication of excess flow valves, provision of secondary exit at LPG plants and construction of storage tanks at terminal). ·Analyzed quotations and recaps for projects and conducted projects’ financial reporting. ·Conducted workshop on Safe Work Practice (SWP) for 20 workers of terminal. ·Gathered data by coordinating with terminals for implementation of Project Olympics, which brought Fuel Order Fulfillment (FOF), and ASPEN Retail modules for increased efficiency into Chevron’s supply chain network. ·Developed macro enabled MS Excel software capable of sorting data of on-going projects from SAP into monthly or fortnightly progress reports. (Saved a lot of time for updating standard financial reports from SAP)
